The record group also contains committee files, publicity files, photographs, and records of different diocesan organizations. Within the papers of individual bishops, there are extensive files of correspondence, reports, and background information pertaining to the diocese's relationship with individual churches

Scrapbooks, 1976-1986, include black and white and colored photographs, newspaper clippings, award and membership certificates, poetry meeting programs and fliers, and cards and correspondence, documenting Giroux's poetry and life as a poet, other poets, notably Joseph Cherwinski, and poetry organizations, especially the National Federation of State Poetry Societies, Inc. 1982 Conference held in Memphis (Tenn.), and the Poetry Society of Michigan and its 50th Anniversary events in 1985. A number of her publications are available in the Clarke Historical Library. The family papers include photographs, calling cards, genealogical materials, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, and personal writings. Many of the photographs are of the immediate family (Campbell and Davenport) as well as more distant family members (Wells, Turk, Bliss, Allen, and Brehm). There are tintypes, daguerreotypes, and ambrotypes, in addition to later photographs. Many photography studios are represented in the collection. Also included is the Campbell Family Bible, published by Geo. W. Ogilvie in Chicago, 1892. The 2021 addition includes: Helen Brehm account book, undated and insurance card, 1939; correspondence of Elizabeth J. Humphrey to Earl Campbell, 1898-1899, with a 2021 transcription; Helen Campbell correspondence, 1932-1969 (Scattered); Campbell genealogical information; and Earl Campbell's membership card for the Organization of Railroad Telegraphers, 1939, and two related pins, a moose emblem, and mother of pearl pocket knife, all undated
